You are so right. After looking at what you posted, I did some more investigation on my own and I have indeed been scammed. I paid 49.95 for free LW. I don't know how it happened but when I clicked on LW website I was rerouted. And of course now I can't get back to it. Anyways, my receipt says click bank and it advertised a onetime 49.95 fee, i just assumed it was a better deal than the re-ocurring price for the pro. So any suggestions on how to proceed now? I am calling my card to contest the charge.

Clickbank lures you in with a FALSE link claiming to be the official limewire website and offer you the limewire pro service. They take your important information and charge you and you get the download (which is free on the limewire website anyway) but you dont get the service. I contacted limewire about the situation and they said that they do not allow any other companies to sell their Limewire PRO software.

I called my company and disputed the charges immediately. This company is a fraud. I have read many other reports of fraudulant transactions under many different schemes such as I(((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))),etc.

This company charged my car $49.00 and I can not trace the company. A pop-up came up on my screen when I connected my IPOd. I have tried to reach the company, and can not get my money back.

When I clicked on the LW site, I was redirected to Limewire.softdir.info
Click Get LimeWire 2008 NOw, and fill in your e-mail and click, then click download on the next page, then you will be at the final page I was at that said 49.95. Check it out and tell me if you think it is authentic or I should contest it, because now you have me doubting what I did. I hope for my sake your wrong, but I have a sinking feeling you may be right.
