When I first open Limewire and my in progress downloads relaunch, they start off normally, as high as 34KB/s and then after about 1 min, all the downloads go to '0' KB/s, even though it shows as downloading. Then, after about 10 mins, they all start again with high KB/s, but stop and start through the download. I try coming out of Limewire and restarting, shutting down the computer and restarting, but it is always the same. During this pain, I managed to download a file as 110% which was a first.

What is causing this?
