Who is your ISP provider??...Many ISPs can reduce or control your bandwidth when you reach a certain download allowance, or they can control your speed at certain times of the day...

Also what country are you from??

I live in the united states and my isp provider is Digis a local company. About an hour after I posted my first message my download speed went back up over 100 so I dont know if I had something going on in the background that was slowing it up or what. Thanks so much for replying though

Hi Snowqueen,

This Link may give you a better Idea of what Wondering Why was referring to as far as throttling or capping your Bandwidth.

It looks like Digis IS the issue here.
