hello i really need your help ok my problem is my limewire can't download bc when i press the green arrow to download it doesn't work that happened with older versions with the last version the 4,18 everything looks good but the little circle the one which tell u the download i hope u can help me thanx

please help me i need it about the circle it is suppose to be green but is red and i dont know why please help me thanx a lot
