Searching problem
 

Hello I have been using limewire for a couple of years on and off and have noticed in the past few days that whenever I search for a file song or movie all of the results found are not being shown in the results window. For example I search for ******* movie and the little tab thing at the top of the results window does its search and reads 3/817) and only three files come up in the results window where did the other 815 results go? I didn't have this problem last week so Im not sure what I might have done or not done to cause this. Thanks for your help.

Could be for a couple of reasons I can think of.

(1) One is if you select media type or any of the filters on the left of the LW window then it will only display those type. eg: 3 video files compared to 814 other types of files.

(2) The other files might be getting filtered out via Junk filter. If you wish to display the junk results, go to Tools > Options > Filters > Junk, & choose your option. Personallly I choose show at bottom of search results. You may find you need to ease up the strength of your junk filter or retrain it. :)
