All is Downloading well but the download percentage isnt going up?

I started downloading and all was going well. Downloading fast speeds and everything. Now it is still downloading at like 100kbs but the percentage isnt going up at all. It says has like 40 minutes left and it stays at a good download speed but the percentage does not go up?? Any ideas whats wrong? Thanks
