I have hughsnet satelite internet (yes, thank you for your pity). Between the hours of 12am and 3am my download speed is usually between 150-200kb/s. Lately though, it's between 4 and 9! That pretty much means I can't download anything, yet my connection is reportedly contains no problems. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

I also have Hughsnet and I when my downloads gets almost complet 98 percent just about all my host disappear and I lose all speed. Also my speed at best is 100kb/s. Help please
