wen i go to click explore in my library to put files on windows music player, it wont open, non of my songs show up in a folder.

You need to click on the folder in question to use the Explore function. Select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) & the folder will open up for you.

Also if you click on any of those folders listed in the Library window, they should display what files are inside them.

* Oh one point about the Explore button is it sometimes selects the folder in the parent directory. So you will need to find the download folder within that folder. This is true for Mac OSX where it shows the selected folder by highlighting it in the Finder. So then you double-click that folder to open it.

i am having a problem also with this explore button, i had to uninstall lw for other reasons but i never had this problem b4 now, now when i download a song, i cant get to the file with the explore button, i tried what you showed us but it still is not working, please help, i love music thank you

You can either click (select) on the Saved Files folder, else the Shared folder, else select one of the files inside one of those folders & then press Explore button. The folder on your computer should open up for you on the desktop, but might be hidden by the LW program.

But after clicking the Saved or Shared folder in the Library window, you see the files inside to the right side right? BTW the files might not show inside Shared if they are not being shared. I'm not sure about that.
