i recently downloaded a very large file that took days for me to download and i accidently deleted the file. is there anyway to recover this so i dont have to redownload it? if there is please post or email me. thank you very much for the help if you do reply

There are several file recovery softwares on the market (warez) ...

where can i get that? i am running a mac so it may be different then windows. i just really do not want to have to redownload this file.
