Hi,
i am using limewire 4.18.3 and am having problems with uploads. any upload activity is pretty much killing my bandwidth, including browsing etc.

downloads i have no problems with but as soon as any upload activates i lose almost all download bandwidth eg. a download that was coming down at 30kb/s will drop to 5 and less with just 1 upload active.

also browsing is pretty much stopped dead.

i have set the upload bandwidth to minimum and the no. of uploads per person and upload slots to 1 and 1 respectively.

i am only on a 2meg link but in comparison utorrent has no such effect on my bandwidth.

anyone any ideas?
