Download problem?(% downloaded drops back)

I ve been trying to download a few movies using Limewire basic.But have faced tht problem that ,if i close limewire after downloading 75-80%, after restarting the bar gors down to 30-40%, and doesnt show any increase even if i keep downloading for quite a long time.

what can i do to prevent this problem??
