almost able to fix problem, but stuck (no search results, firewall detected)
 

LW won't let me search because of the firewall, I believe. Sys hardware, software and connection status seem otherwise to not be an issue. Previous version of LW never gave me a problem. However, now I can't pull up the library and get no response when searching. Icon at bottom left says "LW has detected a firewall". My recently paid-for version of LW is 4.18 and I recently installed Norton, which I believe is the culprit not allowing access. Please help.:bangh:
