Will Not Download Anything

All of a sudden, every time I try to download something, it says "Connecting" for a while and then it always just says "Need More Sources". I've never had this problem before, Limewire has always worked perfectly on my PC until now. I have heard it does this with corrupt files but they can't all be bad?!?
Can someone please tell me a simple way of getting rid of this problem?

If it helps, here's some info about my computer and my limewire:
- I have Windows XP Home Edition.
- I have downloaded 171 files on LimeWire in total (all of them are songs).
- Until I started having this problem, all the 5 bars in the bottom left hand corner almost immediately turned green. Now it takes a long time.
- I use Windows Firewall, and AVG Free Antivirus software, and both of these things have never been a problem for limewire in the past.

Someone please help!
