If your issue has to do with WMP not playing both audio and video (a common problem) then the solution is to upgrade your CODECs.
I get most of my utilities at no cost from download.com (C-Net). You can look there for a CODEC pack for WMP, or you might try VLC Media Player, which comes with the CODECs already installed. Both options are free.
If your issue is something different, then you should describe what it is. Vague questions have a tendency to test our sense of humor.
Be sure to look in this forum for info on using Bitzi to check out movies before you begin downloading them. It can help to save you from mis-named. bogus, or harmful files.
