How do I move my shared files back to my saved files?

windows XP I was downloading all my saved audio files to my mp3 player and somehow they were all moved to the shared file folder. I cannot get them to play on the LW player. How do I move all 1500+ audio files back to my saved file so I can play my music? limewire 4.18.8
