yeah i have a set amount of bandwidth usage per month, about 20gb my issue is im trying to minimalize upload bandwidth and primarily use download bandwidth so i dont go over my internet bill (satellite internet) and im donwloading .torrent files, i was wondering if anyone knows how to do this

i already have my upload slots set to zero but i dont think it's working i need to have no upload bandwidth what-so-ever and only download...

HELP??
