Incomplete Downloads
 

I've been having all of the same problems that all of you are mentioning, I paid for the newest version and now nothing seems to be the same.
Two days ago I started downloading a pretty big file (230k) I got to 81% and got the message "Could Not Download". I thought that when I found another file with the same name to finish the download that it would start from the 81% mark - I was wrong! The file started downloading all over again from 0%!!!!!
This feature used to work in past versions - what happened???
