Default AOL Is Killing Limewire (download speed throttled)

I have just transfered to AOL via the free PS3, apparently its on their 'new' network. You can tell by the network username its @dialbb.com instead of the usual @aol.com

Anyway, I use Limewire without problem on my old ISP gettings sometimes 400/kb. Now with AOL I get 1 or 2 k/b

I have spoken with LiveHelp and they have said AOL do not support any P2P software and I will always get crap speeds.

I would be inclined to cancel immediately but I really like the look of the PS3 sat in my living room !

Is there anything I can do?

Somewhere I read you can put the connection through a proxy and that may work and somewhere else said that P2P software are moving to encrypted feeds so the ISP's cant detect the type of traffic.

Some help would be most appreciated.

Thanks
