Limewire not to blame, ISP BLOCKING SPEEDS 1 - 44KBS MAX

hi all

i too have been getting really poor download speeds and it seems this is not an isolated problem?

my IPS is AOL , it seems we are all looking to blame limewire for recent poor download speeds, however it seems that most of us are now being restricted by most IPS and playing GOD by blocking all p2p and limewire?

well i know most of us have got use to the idea of accepting this new
fair policy act, but to be fair my limit was 40gb pcm, which to be honest i fully understanded this, yet now think its gone to far...because in my eyes its now seems its not enough as all p2p have been blocked, stopping us all using great software like LimeWire and Torrent sites

well all i can say is this new act must be breaching our contracts?
hence we had a fair policy act in order? now it seems we basically can only surf the web and write and receive emails?

if you feel you are also being blocked by your IPS then please comment
because there must be somethink we can do?

its seems not all of us use these sites for ilegal downloads however it seems it dosent matter anymore...

hope to hear your opinions on this frustrating matter and maybe we can shed some light on this matter and perhaps find some way to resolve this issue...
