Dont know what is going on.. (LW won't load)

I have just downloaded Limewire but there is a problem with it. When i click on it, it wont load at all. I thought its in the hidden icons but its not there as well. I was using something else before and had the same problem. Why is that? can anyone help me please with this issue?
