Installing problem

I click on the Download Now at Download.com and it asks me if I want to Save to disk or Download from current location. I click on Download from Current location and start downloading. Then it says "The publisher cannot be determined due to the problems below:

Authenticode signature not found."

So i click yes anyway then it starts to "Configuring Windows Installer" and then befor it's done it says 1628:Failed to Complete installation. I have did this several times and the same thing keeps coming up. How do I get this to stop and finish Installing?
