Am using current version of LW Pro and often have a problem with LW locking up when a file completes the download and should start the verification process. I let the PC sit uploading and downloading and when I return LW is locked up. Task Manager shows zero cpu usage for LW and it is non-responsive. I have to cancel LW thru Task Manager to get rid of it. When I restart LW, it will start the verification process and resume other downloads automatically.

I couldn't find anything in FAQs or other forums about this topic, sorry if I missed it in my searches.

Sounds like Limewire maxes out your RAM when it has been running for a while and then verifies.

How much RAM is available under normal running?

According to Task Manager, there is approx 400 meg available with Limewire running. I will let it run for awhile then check the avail mem again.
