My downloads have worked fine up until a couple of days ago. I can still search but any attempts at download is sent straight to a QUEDUED statis with no attempt at connecting. Nothing has changed and I have downloaded over 100 songs since I got my new PC and downloaded the LIMEWIRE software in November. All of a sudden it just will not work, searches fine but then nothing. I don't even see any incoming searches anymore. Help!! Thanks.

1. Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) or for Vista see http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html

2. A couple tips to try: (a) Problems with the search, __ (b) Hostiles List, __ (c) Tip: Purge the Downloads Queue! (click on blue link)

3. Try to stay clear of fakes & other spammed files: Virus thread: Typical virus spam file sizes - Make a note of them (click on blue link to see)
