Pro User Denied Access Hi All, I'm a Limewire 4.18.8 user on an Apple computer using OS X 10.5.5 system software. I purchased a Limewire 'Lifetime Full & Unlimited Access' package from the vendor on March 15, 2007. I recently updated my computer and am now being told that my email address isn't registered as a Pro User??? I still have my order ID etc. Any help would be appreciated . . . many thanks. |

erm ... sorry to tell you but unfortunately it sounds like you purchased from a 'scam' site, who then gave you a link to the free version of LW. There is no such thing as 'LifeTime or Unlimited' ... only scam sites advertise those things. O.o Sorry to say. It is probably a little long ago now to get your money back. Known Scam Sites (click on link) I can assure you had you really purchased Pro, you'd have been getting emails to inform you your support was nearing an end. And your LW would be telling you there's an update out, yours probably says upgrade to pro as well as to update your version. Download the free version, it's not much different. |
