*sighs* yes ... does look like BT is shaping p2p bandwidth during peak hours. And looks as though it's not related to any range of ports.

Thank you for the update.

I believe there are 'still' ISP's which do not shape p2p bandwidth in UK. Obviously BT is not one of them. We did have a couple of UK mod/valued members on these forums who kept us up to date on which were good ISP's afatk. But one retired, one left for bluer fields. lol

Hi Lord,

Unfortunately I am no computer wiz, so I wont be able to keep you up to date with anything much! I would if I could, as you have been so helpful on the forum. I will post any further changes I notice that may be relevant or helpful to other BTHomeHub users.
Thanks again for all your concise help - and speedy replies!

Love

Default Microsoft Security Update

Hi guys,

I have a brickwall again in LimeWire. I have checked that all the firewalls are off and that the listening port has stayed as I set it - all seems normal. The only change I have made is installing an 'urgent' security update from Microsoft. Could this be the problem? If so how do I resolve it?

Thanks
Love
