0kbs Downloading - have read all threads & still no joy! Using BT HomeHub (Problem Solved) *

HI

I have been through all posts on the forum regarding download speeds and have tweaked, port forwarded, changed options and still I have 0/1 kbs downloads and maybe 3kbs uploading. I am at the end of my tether!
I am not a computer wiz and it took me ages to do the port forwarding bit etc., - so if you can help can it be in the simplest terms possible? Assume you are dealing with an idiot - because you are!
