99 % Download and thats all how come |
Much of the data of what a person downloads is via Partial File sharing. ie: you download the parts of what other people are downloading at same time. However the higher the download % gets, the less hosts tend to have those last bits of data so hosts drop off. Patience is the best way. Keep searching for new hosts of the file & use Get More Results also occasionally. ;) |
Why is it that irregardless of the movie name I search, then download-it always comes up a "Sunsilk Productions Proudly Presents" and some silly little young lady taking to a young man???? And if you do not mind, could someone tell me how to avoid searches that bring up porn movies. Everytime I search a movie some porn comes up. I block the hosts and list it as junk, but are there any other suggestions? |
Lord of the rings - I have the same probelm - getting to 99% and the not completing the download, how do you search for new hosts of the file? cheers C |
Yours is a torrent file. Unfortunately not a lot you can do other than be patient. Upload more torrents. Some torrent users (not using LW) set their torrent program so only those with a high ratio of sharing can download from them. For example my torrent ratio is 2.3xx .. which means I have uploaded 2 & third more than I have downloaded. Unfortunately LW does not seem to keep any record of share ratio. A share ratio of 0.3 for example would mean you have downloaded 3 times more data than uploaded & is seen as a poor share ratio. :) For gnutella files, to search, simply search the topic again to find sources & hosts to download from. ;) |
