 How do I redownload? I purchased a couple of years ago the Limewire for I believe $19.95. I am not sure what version that was, but I thought it was the Pro. The basic was free? Anyway, last week I had problems where I was not connecting anymore. The website I looked at told me to uninstall and reinstall. When I went to reinstall, it says that my email is not correct and that I am not a pro member. Now what? | Basic LW is free. The only official site for downloading Pro is Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « (payment to Limewire LLC shows on your CC statement). Check the download page for current Pro prices: Lime Wire » Download LimeWire A couple of years ago, Pro cost $18.88 & entitled you to free updates & email support for 6 months. So it sounds like you were scammed if you paid $19.95 back then  Sorry, but even if you did buy Pro from the official site then your benefits would be way out of date by now & you'd need to buy Pro again to be able to download a new Pro installer. |
