marpiw is flying high
Talking The viruses have all the songs I want....

Again I feel that the entire Limewire/Gnutella network has shrunk dramatically because lately I spend whole evenings battling against the lazy computers of this networks to get a single song downloaded.
I get also right arm cramps because of the continouous use of the mouse and the table in which it lays it is starting to have profound scratches...And the time I loose God does not refund it to me...
The only ones who know how to please me are the viruses in the listings which offer me continouously the songs I like.
How much time will the present state of affairs last...
What is happening?...Mystery?...

Perhaps it's due to how you are searching for them. Perhaps being too specific or not specific enough. Read the How to Find Music sticky carefully.

http://www.gnutellaforums.com/downlo...sing-spam.html has some great tips. I hope you used the keyword filter.

Sometimes if spam is all you are getting, you can try this, though it may make you lose connection for a little while: Go to View Menu -> Show/Hide -> Connections. Now make a note of which Ultrapeers you are connected to. Select one, press remove button. Wait for LW to settle its connection which might take a minute or several mins. Then try searching again. If same problem, then repeat process but removing some of those original ultrapeers you were connected to. Sometimes people are connected directly to spam ultrapeers.

This may or may not help, but is something to try.
