actually....the 'easiest' (and quickest I would assume) way to burn the video_ts file(s) with nero would be t'o choose the option of 'burn dvd-video files'...then you would just drag the video_ts files into the video_ts folder in nero....Sleepless might be right on suggesting the recode method as it may catch things that are 'wrong'.... |
I'm intrigued.. where is that option? Not that the method I recommended isn't the exact same thing (except for the scanning in case other option leaves that out), but if there is an even easier and more correct way, than all the better. I must have missed that option when figuring out how to just burn.. or like you said I ran into problems with it. It's such a long time ago that I honestly have no idea. |
I am currently transcoding, so I will have to do this from memory... using smart start, choose video, then at the end of all the options is the option to burn dvd files...I think you may have to enable the expert settings (which I can't verify as I am, as noted, transcoding) to view this option.... I still haven't updated to the last update of Nero7, so I assume your version also has it... |
yep...you have to enable expert settings to see that option...that would be the left button on the bottom right of the smart start GUI.... |
Roxio's Toast (mac) has Video_TS folder burn options & compilation option. Seems Nero has the option hidden away. If you are using LW 5, you can access the folder via http://www.gnutellaforums.com/gettin...disk-tool.html, else using Explore button in LW 4. |
