download error message

I just downloaded LW 5.

I tried searching for songs, and that worked fine, but when I click on a song to download it I get an error message that reads:

Sorry, there was a problem downloading your file.

I have searched through this forum trying to find this error message, but I haven't been able to find anything that seems to work.

Any help is useful!
