This can be related to your overall upload slots with LW 4. Thus per person might be set to 300 per person but if the overall upload slots is 5 for example & there are lots of people trying to get a spot in your uploads then eventually you may see that message. Or vice-versa, lots of upload slots but only a couple per person when they try to download many from you. I occasionally even see Banned Greedy Client when they've tried to download 100's or even 1000's of files from me at once lmao (this only bans them for that session & still some in the queue may continue at some stage.)

People's downloads from you stopping might be due to a number of reasons. For example, someone else uploading from you steals most of the bandwidth leaving little or zero for one or two others. I see that happening frequently. I wish there was something I could do about it but unfortunately not. I also noticed LW 5 uploaders tending to stop more frequently than LW 4 users uploading from me whilst I'm using LW 4.

I have no idea about those files you mentioned in the previous post. Try a google for searchindexer. A couple articles suggested it belongs to Vista. Here's one article searchindexer.exe utilizing near 100% CPU usage; suggestions from this forum tried to no avail and another File Information - How to remove SearchIndexer.exe error problem
