Limewire PRO 5 - Download speed checks!!!!
 

Hey guys, I just got Limewire PRO 5.1.3 but when I download a file, I cannot find out what speed it is downloading at.
Am I doing something wrong???

Need to go to the Download window, click the Show All link at bottom right of LW's window. That will take you to the Downloads window. Else, go to Tools menu & choose Downloads. In that window you will see download speeds. The LW 5.2.x beta versions show the Download window on main window, is visible all the time. Other improvements also including filtering of search results. I'm guessing this will be in the next main LW release. ;)

If you wished to try the LW 5.2 beta, go to your personal Pro download page, on right side is a listing of the Pro Beta release, click on that link. ;)

Here's an example of downloading with the LW 5.2.2 beta. It has filters like in LW 4, however even more. You click on the album or artist to refine the search results. There's also a size, length & bitrate filters you can adjust with a slider.
You will also notice the Download window is in main window all the time in the same way as LW 4 except even if you are looking at uploads window, your downloads window will still be visible. Also speeds are shown. ;)
