Default Hi from Ozi

Hi Guy's
I have not been using Lime wire for some time now as last time I used it I downloaded a virus & have not been game to use it again . I now have a old PC loaded up with Linux Ubuntu & have noticed L/wire can now run on Linux & might give it another go . Any hints on how to use the free L/wire safely ?
Cheers Ozi

Welcome oziwombat.
Keep your anti-virus software up to date. And follow Birdy's advice here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/downlo...tml#post348219
I'm not sure about viruses on Linux, I thought Linux was immune, however any files that pass across to your windows could affect it. The new version of LW does delete 'some' known bad files once you complete the download. So that will definitely help.
