want to upload from behind firewall software and a DSL router

i am using firewall software and am using a Lynksys router for my DSL connection. how should i configure limewire to allow others to upload from my system? if force IP, which should it be? i have a dynamic IP address as well. thoughts?

i'm using a linksys router as well you have to set port forwarding to the ip address that corresponds with your computer.
