All share settings turned off, but new downloads still share

Help, please. In my configurations no files are being shared. However, when a new download occurs, it is shared.

The "Share new downloads saved to unshared folder" box is not checked. There are no folders for sharing. The boxes for Share .torrent files and Allow partial sharing are not checked. There are no file types choosen to share. I don't understand this.

I'm using 4.18.8 with Windows XP.
