After Upload (alert: limewire has detected this to be harmful to your computer)

Multiple times after downloads are finished an alert comes up saying limewire has detected this to be harmful to your computer. how do i get it to stop saying this because i know for a fact they arent harmful. i have downloaded them before on my old computer but now it says this and deletes the file and download. is there something i have to do in my settings? please help.
