HELPPP! limewire ** ***** download not working

I have limewire 4.18 and am attempting to get a free zip of "I didn't Read The Forum Rules". Bitzi tells me the file is fantastic (48 reviews). I have the file on my computer but ther are a million different files. I have 7zip, I extracted but I still have a useless folder on my desktop with a million different files that dont work. How do I get it to work? HELLPPPP!!!
