Hello, this is my first post and I am a complete neophyte for Limewire and have little technical skill. I have Limewire Pro though I find little advantage with it. My problem since having it is that when I start the movie the audio is great but the movie is like watching darkness or jumpy still photos. Can you help me in very simple terms Thanks so much.

Try watching it with a different player, might I recommend VLC - (click on link). It is a reliable player & should play the video fine if the video itself is ok.

The jumpiness might be related to issues with your LW running on your computer, perhaps Java is struggling. LW puts more resources into searching & downloading than it does the player.
