Go to Setup and select Downloads...

There you will see how to correctly set up where your Pending/Incomplete Downloads will be stored and also where to Move your Completed Downloads.
Using the Browse function will make it very easy.

btw, a strong tip...

NEVER do ANYTHING to the files that are in your Temp Folder within your BearShare Folder...
Don't try to read them or move them !
