Can't remove the program

WTF!! I can't remove the program in add/remove programs.. I'm totally corrupted.. any ideas?

Tried that....won't install unless it removes the older program. And it can't remove the older program... I'm stumped!!!! I've never had a program I can's de-install... any other ideas anyone?
