 moving downloads into library for some reason, when my downloads were complete, the message next to them read "cannot move file into library," but when I looked in my incomplete folder, they were all there. they're not incomplete, but they also cannot be moved into my music library. what's wrong and what should i do or be doing? HELP! thanks   |
