once you have LimeWire open... drag down from "view" (at the very top of your LimeWire window) to "skins" and select "default OSX Theme". (you can use any theme, but this is the one i'm using... so now we're speaking the same language).
once the theme has been changed, go back to "view" and select "show/hide". from there and "check" all of these:
"monitor"; "connections"; and "library".
once you've done this, you should have "tabs" to click and get to all of those areas, plus "search".
click on "monitor" to see which files others are pulling from your "library". "connections" will show you how strong your connection is for downloads.

If you want to see a history of everything which has been uploaded, go to preferances - uploads - basic - and uncheck 'auto-clear completed uploads'.
