Won't play preview after 97%

Hey

I downloaded a file that was 165.9MB. It took a long long time but right up to 97% I was able to preview it and basically watch 97% of the file.

Now its on 99% having downloaded 165.3MB and just refuses to download that last little tiny part to get to 100%. It says downloading from 1 or sometimes 4 hosts but the speed won't get off 0kb/s and it has taken a HUGE amount of time to get to 100%.

Also it wont preview anymore - it says either the codecs are not compitable OR it says the file is currently being used by another program and therefore cannot open. Nothing else is open though.

Questions - Why is it taking so long at 99% and will it ever download or should I give up AND why wont it preview anymore?
