i cant figure out how to work this i was looking for nellie over and over help!!! and does this cost and is this site legal

You've posted in both the Limewire & Bearshare sections of the forum. Which app are you refering to? There's a Free version of LW & one that is called LW Pro that costs $18.88 from here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/home.shtml If you have doubts, try out the free version. Then downld the manual from here http://www.limewire.com/english/content/support.shtml & look around the forum if there's anything you're not sure about. :)
