Very fast Dn Lds but Slow in the one I am not supposed to mention

I am running winxp Home, Laptop, 3.06GhzP4,512Mb Mem, and Comcast Broadband.
On Bearshare I am downloading at upwords of 1MBps, consistently, but recently Downloaded the One I am not supposed to mention, and all I can get is a max of 50KBps Downloads---anyone got any answers??

Apart from asking for help, forums can allso be used to get information that is allready there.
If you find your questions on any forum are not beeing answered the most common reasons for that are:
* Your question has been answered many times before.
* Your problem is so uncommon, nobody has a clue.

Beeing impatient, demanding, rude and not providing enough info also helps

Anyway reading the forum rules before posting is the best way to start.
