 Install Shield PLEASE HELP. MY DAUGHTER GOT AN IPOD. I HAVE BEEN TTRYING TO INSTALL THE CD (SOFTARE) THAT CAME WITH IPOD. I GET THE MESSAGE 1607 CAN NOT INSTALL INSTALLSHIELD ....... IT ALSO SAYS THIS WHEN I TRY TO RUN ITUNES. I TOOK IT TO WORK AND WQAS ABLE TO INSTALL EVERYTHING OK. I CALLED APPLE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A WINDOWS PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN  |

| I know this is the BS forums but there are some good stickys in the LW forums also; see: Common installation errors: installshield msi 1628 error & ALL other Installation ERROR numbers & problems: update your installshield install engine. (click on link) OR if that doesn't solve it you will find a link to just that error within that sticky. Good luck!   |
