cannot install programs that are inno setup

What is it going to take to open these files? I have a new HP laptop... is that the problem?

I am having the exact same problem with inno setup files but on my home pc. I use windows xp. plz someone help!!!!!:confused:

I WAS GOING TO DELETE THIS MSG AS I HAVE JUST FOUND THE ANSWER BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD POST THIS MSG FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE RESEARCHING THE SAME THING
