can someone help me with downloading?

I've tried to get the new Napster to no avail, there is always a problem. I've tried to get Morpheus and Kazaa and finally I've tried to get BearShare. Once installed, I tried to open BearShare from the icon on my desktop but a message pops up saying

Error Starting Program:

A required .DLL file, WS2_32.DLL, was not found

i tried reinstalling it but nothing happened. can anyone help me, im desperate!!!!
