I'm a newbie so excuse me if this question has already been posted elsewhere......

I am able to download mpegs & mpgs; however, I only get the audio on the file when I play it back in my Windows Media Player and my Quicktime Player and RealPlayer won't even play anything. The error message I continuously receive regards improper mpeg-2 decoder, but I know the WM Player already has it. I've also downloaded two decoders from the internet. Nothing is working. Can somebody help? Thanks!
